Yes, dependant on your circumstances of course. You are advised to seek your own independent financial advice or contact our affiliated and independent financial adviser. Details of our advisor are available from our sales team.

What security do I have for my deposit during construction?

Your deposit is insured by a warranty provider, should any major problems occur with development during construction.

Who is building my new home?

At Resida we believe that it is always best to support the local economy through sourcing local skills and tradesmen, which help reduce the carbon impact of Edwin Lodge.
